Effective October 23, 2026
This policy explains what Accelerate Patterns (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit acceleratepatterns.com, create an account, buy tokens or designs, or connect a WordPress site to the store, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account.
- Purchases: the token packs you buy, the designs you own, and your order history. Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal; your card or PayPal details go straight to them and never reach our servers.
- Connected sites: when you connect a WordPress site, its address and a key that identifies it, plus which designs it is trying or using and when each trial started.
- Messages: whatever you send us through the contact form.
- Technical data: the information any web server receives, such as your IP address and browser, and the cookies described below.
How we use it
- To run your account, deliver the designs you own, and keep trials and ownership accurate across your sites.
- To process payments, send receipts, and handle refunds.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the store for us: Stripe and PayPal for payments, and our hosting provider. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce need to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. If you add designs to a wish-list without signing in, the list is kept in your own browser until you sign in, when it moves to your account.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to close your account and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can see and update your account details at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. If you live in California, you have the rights the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you, including to know, delete and correct your information, and we will not treat you differently for using them. Visitors from the EU and UK have similar rights under the GDPR.
Children
The store is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
