How quickly can you start?
Most jobs start within five working days. Emergencies we take the same day where we can.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We quote on site, in writing, and the price we give is the price you pay.
Are you insured?
Yes – public liability to £5m, and we will send the certificate before we start.

How far do you travel?
Anywhere within thirty miles as standard, and further for larger jobs.

Yes, to $5m public liability. The certificate is on request and we bring it to surveys.
What if it rains?
We will call the day before and move it. You will not be charged for a postponed visit.
