Surveys, repairs, replacements and the yearly service round that stops most of it becoming a repair in the first place. All of it priced before we start.
We started in a spare room with one client and a borrowed van. Twenty years later the work is the same and so is the first client.

If we quote it, that is what you pay. If we find something else up there, you hear about it before we touch it and you decide.

Started out doing bathroom fits for one builder in Torrance.

First workshop
Moved off the driveway and took on three apprentices.

Twelve staff
Now covering the whole South Bay, still with no salespeople.
