Features

Features are where you show visitors what makes you different. Presented as a wall of text they get skipped, but presented well they become reasons to buy. These designs break your strengths into short, scannable blocks with icons and images, so the benefits land quickly on desktop and phone alike.

The finished roof at dusk
Job of the month

Ninety-year-old Spanish tile, saved rather than replaced

The owner was quoted a full reroof twice before calling us. We salvaged eighty per cent of the original clay, matched the rest from a yard in Fresno, and the roof kept its history.

Feature Zig-zag

What you actually get

Three things that make a job go right, and what they look like in practice.

An itemised written quote
Before

A quote that lists everything

Line by line, including the parts other quotes leave out. If it is not on the sheet, we have not priced it – and we say so.

How we quote
The same crew every day
During

The same crew every day

You get names and numbers on day one. Nobody new turns up halfway through wondering where the stopcock is.

Meet the crew
Finished and signed off
After

A guarantee you can use

Twelve months, parts and labor, and a phone number that reaches a person rather than a form.

Image Inset

Two colleagues in a bright bay-window office full of plants

A workspace people want to come back to

Studio-designed offices for growing teams

Daylight, plants and a desk that fits how you actually work. We design and fit out offices from 6 to 60 people, and we stay until the last chair is level.

Showcase Alternating

How a job runs

Four stages, and you know the price before the second one

Reporting the problem
Stage one

You tell us what happened

A phone call, or a photograph sent to the office. Nine times out of ten that is enough for us to know what we are coming to look at and how long it will take.

The loft inspection
Stage two

We survey and put a price on it

Two hours on site including the loft, a drone pass over anything we cannot safely walk, and a fixed written quote inside five working days.

The work under way
Stage three

We do the work on the day we said

Same crew who quoted it, in most cases. If the weather moves us we call you the day before rather than letting you find out from an empty driveway.

Handed back
Stage four

We clear up and sign it off

Photographs of the finished work, the guarantee in writing, and the skip gone the same week. The invoice matches the quote unless you asked us to change something.

A drone survey in progress
Drone surveys

We can see the ridge without putting anyone on it

A survey used to mean scaffolding or a very long ladder and an optimistic engineer. Now it means twenty minutes in the garden and sixty photographs of everything you cannot see from the ground.

  • No scaffolding, so no scaffolding bill
  • Geotagged photographs you keep, whoever does the work
  • Booked within five working days, weather permitting
What a survey covers

Showcase Overlap

A terrace of red-brick houses with tall chimneys under a bright sky
Kestrel Court, Pasadena

Thirty-eight callouts a year became four

A 1970s block with a flat roof nobody had surveyed since it was built. One survey, one costed schedule, and a service round every autumn. The managing agent has not had an out-of-hours call since the second winter.

Domestic work
Domestic

Houses, bungalows and the odd converted barn

Pitched and flat, tiles and slate, plus the guttering and fascia nobody thinks about until it comes off in a storm. Most jobs are one to two weeks.

Commercial work
Commercial

Blocks, units and managed estates

Planned maintenance, condition surveys for agents, and a service round that keeps a portfolio out of the out-of-hours diary. Priced per block or per estate.

Finished work

Slate replacement on a Victorian terrace, Forest Hill

Eleven days including a rebuilt chimney flashing the original survey had not spotted, because nobody had been able to see it from the ground.

A slate roof with two rebuilt chimneys
Eleven days

Two weather days lost, both called the afternoon before.

Welsh slate

Reclaimed to match the terrace, not the cheaper Spanish substitute.

Fixed price

The flashing was quoted separately and agreed before it was touched.

Three Simple Icon Cards

24-hour response

A real person answers the phone at 2 a.m., and a crew is on the road within the hour.

How it works

Licensed and insured

Every technician is state-licensed and every job is covered, so the only surprise is how quiet the new unit is.
