Heroes and openers
1. Hero Feature hero-feature

The roof over your head deserves better than a guess
A drone survey, a written report with photographs, and a fixed price before anyone climbs a ladder. Most surveys are booked within five working days.
2. Hero Gradient hero-gradient
Stop paying for emergencies you could have prevented
One visit every autumn, a written condition report, and first call on the diary when something does go wrong. Kestrel Court went from thirty-eight callouts a year to four.
- No callout fee on a plan
- Cancel with a month notice
- Ten-year workmanship guarantee
3. Hero Minimal hero-minimal
Four people, three vans, and nobody who has not done the job themselves
We are small on purpose. It means the person who quotes your work is usually the person who turns up to do it, and it is why we still have customers from our first year.
Meet the teamEstablished 2014. Company number 09218844.4. Hero Overlap hero-overlap

We look at the whole roof, not the bit you called about
A drone pass, a loft inspection and up to sixty geotagged photographs, written up as a costed schedule you can hand to anyone.

Somebody answers the phone at four in the morning
A tarpaulin on the roof the same night and a proper repair booked before the week is out. We have done it in worse weather than yours.
Call the emergency line6. Hero Split hero-split
Twelve years on the same roofs, and the same phone number
We survey, we quote in writing, and we do the work for the price on the quote. If we find something while we are up there, you hear about it before it costs you anything.
Covering everywhere inside the M25, and further for larger jobs.
7. Opener Display opener-display
Everything above the gutter line, and the gutter line as well
Surveys, repairs, replacements and the yearly service round that stops most of it becoming a repair in the first place. All of it priced before we start.
8. Opener Image opener-image

Work we are allowed to talk about
Six jobs from the last two years, with what they cost, what we found once we were up there, and what the building looks like now.
9. Opener Numbered opener-numbered
We come and look before anybody talks about money
Two hours on site, a drone pass over anything we cannot safely walk, and a written report inside five working days.

Ninety-year-old Spanish tile, saved rather than replaced
The owner was quoted a full reroof twice before calling us. We salvaged eighty per cent of the original clay, matched the rest from a yard in Fresno, and the roof kept its history.

What you actually get
Three things that make a job go right, and what they look like in practice.

A quote that lists everything
Line by line, including the parts other quotes leave out. If it is not on the sheet, we have not priced it – and we say so.
How we quote
The same crew every day
You get names and numbers on day one. Nobody new turns up halfway through wondering where the stopcock is.
Meet the crew
A guarantee you can use
Twelve months, parts and labour, and a phone number that reaches a person rather than a form.

More About Us14. Showcase Alternating showcase-alternating
Four stages, and you know the price before the second one

You tell us what happened
A phone call, or a photograph sent to the office. Nine times out of ten that is enough for us to know what we are coming to look at and how long it will take.

We survey and put a price on it
Two hours on site including the loft, a drone pass over anything we cannot safely walk, and a fixed written quote inside five working days.

We do the work on the day we said
Same crew who quoted it, in most cases. If the weather moves us we call you the day before rather than letting you find out from an empty driveway.

We clear up and sign it off
Photographs of the finished work, the guarantee in writing, and the skip gone the same week. The invoice matches the quote unless you asked us to change something.
15. Showcase Offset showcase-offset

We can see the ridge without putting anyone on it
A survey used to mean scaffolding or a very long ladder and an optimistic engineer. Now it means twenty minutes in the garden and sixty photographs of everything you cannot see from the ground.
- No scaffolding, so no scaffolding bill
- Geotagged photographs you keep, whoever does the work
- Booked within five working days, weather permitting
16. Showcase Overlap showcase-overlap

Thirty-eight callouts a year became four
A 1970s block with a flat roof nobody had surveyed since it was built. One survey, one costed schedule, and a service round every autumn. The managing agent has not had an out-of-hours call since the second winter.
Read the case study17. Showcase Pair showcase-pair

Houses, bungalows and the odd converted barn
Pitched and flat, tiles and slate, plus the guttering and fascia nobody thinks about until it comes off in a storm. Most jobs are one to two weeks.
Domestic work
Blocks, units and managed estates
Planned maintenance, condition surveys for agents, and a service round that keeps a portfolio out of the out-of-hours diary. Priced per block or per estate.
Commercial work18. Showcase Stack showcase-stack
Slate replacement on a Victorian terrace, Forest Hill
Eleven days including a rebuilt chimney flashing the original survey had not spotted, because nobody had been able to see it from the ground.

Two weather days lost, both called the afternoon before.
Reclaimed to match the terrace, not the cheaper Spanish substitute.
The flashing was quoted separately and agreed before it was touched.
